Service Description

One Call Does it All Package $20-$28k -INCLUDES ALL MANAGEMENT, FLOWERS & DECOR FOR 2-3 DAYS OF EVENTS. With this package, we take care of the entire weekend. We will design your weekend and provide you with a timeline for each day, detailed floorplans, seating charts, unique florals for each event, use of all Celia Bedilia Designs inventory of decor items. Celia Bedilia Designs will book and manage every detail for you. We manage all vendors and venues, including but not limited to Venues Communications with Hotels Tents if applicable (includes Dig Safe management) Transportation Catering & Bar Rentals (for any event we are planning) Lighting Music/Entertainment Photography Portable restrooms (if required) Signage, Seating Charts, Table numbers (to match decor or invitations) Audiovisual needs On-site Coordinator (Wedding Day) All Florals, Urns, Containers, Candles Etc. We repurpose flowers from one event to the next, but we redesign and freshen each day. * If you choose to use containers that we do not own, there will be a rental fee to cover the cost of the items purchased for your event. This package includes the following florals. Rehearsal dinner arrangements Up to 6 Bridal Bouquets 10-15 Boutonnieres & Corsages Bridal hair flowers Ceremony flowers - Aisle markers, flowering planted urns, two sizeable floral displays * Full Arbor is an upcharge. **After the ceremony, our staff will be moving the ceremony flowers to be repurposed in the wedding venue. Reception Flowers - to include: centerpieces, buffet arrangements, bathroom arrangements, cocktail tables, and cake flowers We will deliver all unclaimed leftover flowers to retirement homes in the area after the last event.
